Our team of professionals is prepared to offer complex solutions for our clients in the following areas:
We provide contractual and business services for implementation of industrial investment projects both at home and abroad. We arrange and organise the public procurement and tender procedures for contractors, prepare contract documents in any required language version, and provide the follow-up tax, financial, personnel, customs, and other consulting services during the implementation phase.
Also in the new EU programming period 2007 – 2013 we continue to provide subsidy consulting services for our clients. Once the most suitable subsidy title is chosen and the call within the respective operational programme announced we provide project consulting services including processing of the subsidy application with all its attachments (e.g. feasibility study, logical framework, cost-benefit analysis, etc.) for both investment and non-investment projects. Over the last programming period, the projects processed by us reported a success rate of 95% and with many of our clients we also work in the project implementation phase and assist and advise them on all aspects of project management, including project risk management and other follow-up services – processing of monitoring reports, publicity solutions and administration of projects.
In the area of language education we have focused on corporate language courses. We teach all world languages, as well as less-common ones such as Albanian, Arabic, Serbian, etc. Classwork, its intensity and scope, as well as size of study groups always conform to the client’s wish.
This activity of Polytechna Consulting is supported by its Translation Centre supplying high-level services of translating and language interpreting, including court translations, from and to more than 34 languages.
And last, but not least, as a holder of the status of the National Focal Point for United Nations Volunteers we act as a renowned partner of many Czech, foreign and international non-profit organisations sending out their volunteers into the UN international and peace-building missions and projects within the development co-operation framework.
